The Historical Association of South Haven invites you to join us for a fascinating evening of true crime with Tobin T. Buhk as he presents: BLOOD AND LIPSTICK – Inside the Minds of Michigan’s Most Lethal Women
This presentation will be drawn from Mr. Buhk’s latest book “Killer Women of Michigan” and will introduce the jilted lovers, angry wives and sociopathic serial killers who have masterminded some of Michigan’s most heinous murders.

Tobin T. Buhk is a freelance author specializing in historical true crime. To research his first book, Cause of Death, he volunteered in a county morgue. His subsequent true-crime publications include Skeletons in the Closet, True Crime in the Civil War, and Poisoning the Pecks of Grand Rapids. His newest book, Killer Women of Michigan, was released early this year.
A native of Grand Rapids, Tobin received his Master’s degree in English from Michigan State University & a Master’s in Education from Western Michigan University. He currently resides in Jennison with his wife and two standard poodles.
